  • Our Virtual Board Training is available to be scheduled at your convenience. Lasting 3-4 hours, the program is divided into three key segments: Required Board Training and Responsibilities, Special Topics presented with the help of your BSA Officer and Bank President, and an in-depth Q&A session with your Board. 

  • HMDA scrubs are required in the first quarter of each year. We will conduct a virtual review of your loans and policies to ensure compliance with HMDA regulations. The fee is determined by the size and complexity of your loan portfolio. 

  • We offer comprehensive validation of your AML model to ensure its effectiveness and compliance. Our fee is based on the size of your system and assets.

  • Our policy and procedure reviews provide a thorough assessment of your current practices to ensure they align with regulatory requirements and industry best standards.
